Graduated from the University of Havana in 1985. He completed his medical internship training in Internal Medicine in 1989 and worked as an internist in the National Hospital of Havana.
Dr. Collazo moved to The United States of America and having approved the Board of Medicine, then performed studies at Hospital Auxilio Mutuo in Puerto Rico and graduated as General Practitioner. In 2019 he moved to Tampa where he joined Dr. Jose R. Mole’s practice.

El Dr. Sergio Collazo es graduado de la Universidad de La Habana en 1985. Realizó su especialidad en Medicina Interna en 1989 y ejerció su profesión como internista en el Hospital Nacional de la Habana.
El Dr. Collazo emigró a Los Estados Unidos de Norteamérica y habiendo aprobado la homologación y recertificación del Board of Medicina viajó a Puerto Rico donde ejerció la práctica médica y realizó especializaciones en el Hospital Auxilio Mutuo obteniendo el título de Medico General. En 2019 se estableció en la ciudad de Tampa en el Estado de La Florida donde se unió a la práctica del Dr. Jose R. Molé.
